Bio

Raymond Ermis, son of Anton and Mary Ermis, was killed in action while serving as a fighter pilot, Service No. 01702882, 87 Fighter Squadron, 79 Fighter Group, 12 Army Air Force based in Italy. He was re-interred in the states on March 12, 1949 at the request of his mother, Mary Ermis.
