GALAX — Pauline Robinette Rosenbaum, 80, of Galax died on July 15, 1999 at Twin County Regional Hospital. She was born in Wise County on June 23, 1919 to the late Isaac Edward and Kate Robinette. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bascom S. Rosenbaum. She is survived by daughters, Joyce R. Anders, Norma Jean Carico and husband, both of Galax and Carol Johnson of Dublin; brothers, Bill Robinette of Richlands and Jim Robinette of Alexandria, Va.; a step-mother; two sister-in-laws; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held on Sunday, July 18 at 2 p.m. with interment following in the Felts Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Jeff Lambert officiated the ceremonies.
