Bio

Douglas Herrod Meyers Parker was the daughter of William Jerry Herrod and Hattie Lee Isaacks. She married first Ezra Boyd Meyers. They were the parents of one child, Billie Love Meyers Woodward. She was the stepmother of Lanell Parker Neill and Marion Kylamb Parker. She was the long-time operator of the telephone switchboard in Shepherd. Along with her husband, Ki Parker, she owned and operated a store in Shepherd, Texas.
