Died at age 80. Wilburn was married. Parents: Milton Belmer Tipton. Ida Lucinda Kisselburg. Married Patricia 'Patsy' Kisselburg June 16, 1950 in Blount County, Alabama. Film number 002294202. OBITUARY: Wilburn Dalton Tipton, 80, of Oneonta, died Aug. 23, 2010, at St. Vincent's East. A native of Alabama, he was the son of the late Milton and Ida Lucinda Kisselburg Tipton. He was a truck driver and a member of Foster's Chapel Church of God, New Life Ministries. Surviving are wife Patsy Tipton, sons Charles (Diane) Tipton and Lamar (Karen) Tipton, and daughter Gail Whatley, all of Oneonta; sister Maxine Ingram of Oneonta; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Jack Decanter and Bob Craft officiated services Aug. 26 at 2 p.m. at New Life Ministries Church with interment following in Antioch Cemetery. Lemley Chapel was in charge.
