Bio

Lola Bell Green was born to Joshua Welcome Green and Sarah Elizabeth Browning in 1907 in the Star Ridge community of Hopkins County, Texas. She married Lonnie Ray Crabb on April 28, 1927, in Sulphur Springs, Texas, and together they had three children: Mattie Lee, Mary Ellen, and Joe Murray. Lola was an excellent seamtress, cook and mother who loved her flower garden (she could grow anything) and her children. She also worked outside the home as a practical nurse.
