Funeral services for Elaine Ellen Randolph will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dale Nielsen, officiating. Interment will follow in the Osage Gardens Cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home. Elaine Ellen Randolph, age 54, of Vinita, formerly of Skiatook, died Monday, April 1, 2013 at her residence. Elaine was born April 28, 1958 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Dale Ivan Oliphant and Nora Fay (Orton) Bowers. She grew up and received her education in Tulsa graduating from Mc Lain High School in 1976. Elaine was employed with the Frances Streitel Villa in Collinsville where she was a housekeeper. Elaine liked to play bingo and play at the casino's. Elaine was preceded in death by her father, one brother and by one sister. Elaine is survived by her mother; three children; two step-children; two sisters; three brothers; eight grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Music for the services: Go Rest High On That Mountain, Amazing Grace and In The Garden.
