(Published in Amarillo Globe-News, March 28, 2013) KEYES, Okla. — Mildred Anne Ingram Dougherty, 91, of Keyes died Monday, March 25, 2013, in Elkhart, Kan. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church in Keyes with the Rev. Billy Rammage and the Rev. Mark Nickles officiating. Burial will follow in Willowbar Cemetery. Arrangements are by Cimarron Mortuary of Boise City. Mrs. Dougherty was born March 18, 1922 in Whitt, Texas, to Norris Levi and Lenora Mary Priscilla "Sears" Neill. She married Elza J. Ingram, on Aug. 21, 1940, in Weatherford, Texas. Survivors include, three sons Darrell Ingram of Phoenix, E.J. Ingram of Amarillo, Texas, and Gary Ingram of Keyes; 15 grandchildren; S29 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church, Music Fund, in Keyes, in care of the mortuary, P.O. Box 153, Keyes, OK 73947.
