Bio

Second wife Hannah Philips. Hibbs genealogy displays both wives. Elizabeth Jordan is one that reflects in childrens names. Lewis or Louis Jurdan Jordan Cooper. Jordan and Jurdan resurfaces in generations. Jo or Ju is interesting. I wonder if Jurdan is a typo or historic mispelling of Jordan. Unfortunately in all genealogical accounts I have only seen birth date of 1771 and death of 1809. No clue to month and day. Joseph could be buried at Cooper-Phillips Cemetery in SC. Uncertain to when Cooper line migrated to GA then AL. Some people have combined him with his brother William called him William Joseph Cooper.
