Daughter of Peter Paul & Anna H. (Gdowski) Voichoskie. Actual first name was Rose prior to becoming a nun. On 10-1-1929 she joined the School Sisters of St. Francis in Miwaukee, Wisconsin and was named Sister Bertilla, OFM.
