Waco Times-Herald Wed. Nov. 29, 1972 Scott, Cecil W. Cecil W. Scott, 55, of 2022 Parrish died Sunday night at his residence. Graveside services were held at 3 pm Wednesday. Rev. J. Dean Costley officiated. Burial in Gholson Cemetery. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Eunice Neill of 2022 Parrish; several nephews and 1 niece. Connally Compton Downtown Chapel made arrangements.
