Bio

Mr. Beall was a rural mail carrier in the Goodlett, Texas, area before being transferred to Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 1931. He retired from the post office in 1959. He was a member of the First Methodist Church, Frontier Masonic Lodge No. 48, Hanner-Sharp America Legion Post, and the National Association of Civil Service Employees. A resident of Stillwater, he died at a hospital in Tulsa. He was married to Amy Mann in Goodlett on Aug. 3, 1922. Following her death, he was married to Camille W. Jagou on Aug. 8, 1955 in Stillwater. He was survived by his wife, two step-daughters, four step-grandchildren, three brothers and three sisters. Also surviving were many nieces and nephews, who were always warmly welcomed to stay at the home of Pa Beall. ~~ Obituaries were published in the Stillwater (OK) NewsPress , Mar. 12, 1964, p.2, and the Quanah (TX) Tribune-Chief , Mar. 19, 1964, p.6
