Bio
Dr. Richard R. Fiala, 87, of Fallbrook died Monday. He was born in Des Moines, Iowa, and was a physician in Fallbrook for 44 years. He was a member of the Fallbrook Masonic Lodge 317 and the Loyal Order of the Moose in Fallbrook. Survivors include his daughters, Michelle Buendel and Rochelle Tyler of Vista; stepdaughter, Carolyn Landgren of Chowchilla; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation 4-8pm today, Berry-Bell & Hall Fallbrook Mortuary, 333 N. Vine St., Fallbrook. Services 1pm tomorrow at the mortuary, with interment to follow at Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery, 1010 Hillcrest Lane, Fallbrook.
