Bio
Dale was born to Alvin & Libbie Sedlacek Elsik on May 22, 1957 in Dallas. He married Lisa Gay Faulkner on 2 Jul 1987 in Dallas. He & Lisa were the proud parents of two daughters, Rachel & Audrey. He worked very hard to support his family at various endeavors. Dale passed away at Kindred Nursing Home after suffering a stroke & is survived by his wife Lisa, daughters Rachel & Audrey, his mother Libbie, his sister Pam & her family, his brother Buddy & his family & a host of other family & friends.
