Gustave Wessels was born 24 Jan 1930 to Henry F and Frieda Backhus Wessels of Chesterville, Colorado, Texas He was a farmer, a veteran of U S Air Force and member of Christ Lutheran Church. He married Lottie Lee Koehl who was born in Hillje, Wharton, Texas. They lived south of Louise. Children: Greg, Gus Jr, Paula, & Pamela Lynn Brothers: George, Harold, Henry, Emil and Carl Sisters: Agnes and Louise
