Martha A. (Hunsaker) Kelley died 17 Nov 1915, aged 85 years, 10 months, 10 days, and was buried in Union Cemetery near Balcom with her husband and three daughters. She was born 7 Jan 1830, in Alexander County, the daughter of John Hunsaker, a sheriff of Union County. She moved to Union County when very young. Most of her life was spent near Dongola. Her husband died many years ago. She lived in Jonesboro 20 years with her son, W. A. Kelley, as an invalid on account of a broken hip.
