Funeral services for Allie Maude Williams, age 99, of the Hagansport Community will be held at1:00 PM Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the Harvey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Rogers officiating. Pallbearers will be Craig Williams, Tom Sullivan, Butch Jaggers, Mark Hare, Rusty Barker, and Pete Dyer. Mrs. Williams died Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the East Texas Medical Center in Mt. Vernon. She was born on November 27, 1913 in Hagansport, the daughter of Claude and Suzie Dyer Banks. Mrs. Williams was a Bookkeeper for the JC Penny Company and was a member of the First Christian Church. She is survived by her grandchildren Debbie Sullivan and husband, Tom, of La Porte, TX; Craig Williams of Borger, TX; and Staci Eagle Elk of Naples, FL. Great grandchildren Jennifer Clark of Harker Heights, TX; Coleman Eagle Elk and Lily Eagle Elk of Naples, FL; and Christina Cochran of La Porte, TX. Great great grandchildren Taylor Cochran and Casey Cochran of La Porte, TX; and Allison Clark of Harker Heights, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Charles Williams and daughter Sherri Sellers, sister Merle Cannaday and brothers, JC and Herbert Banks. The family of Allie Maude Williams wishes to thank Donna McFarland for all she did for their grandmother. Donna was a good friend to grannie and we appreciate everything she did for her and for us.
