Garrett D., United States Federal Census lists birthdate as December 1866. Came to the United States in the year of 1890 from Germany. Husband of Mary A.(M), whom he married in 1895, the United States Federal Census of 1900 listed them as being married for five years at that time. Father of Lizzie, Rose (Bogner), Richard and Herman Janzing. Listed on the United States Federal Censuses of 1900, 1910 and 1920 living in Shields Township, Holt County, Nebraska, at age 34, 1910 as Garrett D. Janzing, at age 42 1920 at age 52 Also his brother Herman B. Janzing (FAG # 101817482) also resided with the family and is buried in O'Neill Cemetery.
