Bio

Retired from Bell South Telephone Company with 45 years service. Daughter of the late Walter Wright and Willie Verene Chapell Wright. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the Telephone Pioneers of America. Survived by her sister, Sally Wright Frierson of Columbia and numerous loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Margaret Pennington and Catherine Pierce and a brother, Mack Wright. Graveside services Wednesday Feb. 13 at Polk Memorial Gardens.
