Bio

George Adam Flesher and his two brothers John and Henry, came to Texas in 1880 from Terre-Haute, Indiana. The three brothers bought a farm together in the Mantua area. Later John and Henry sold their interest in the land to George.George was married Jan 18, 1887, to Mary Ellen Portman. They reared a family of five boys and three girls. George and his wife were members of the Methodist Church.
