JAMES C. PEMBERTON James Clyde Pemberton, 68 of Jal, N. Mex., died Monday in McAlester, Okla. He was born July 26, 1902 in Georgetown, the son of James Ray and Nancy Wilkinson Pemberton, and was married to Mona Jean Evans. He was a veteran of World War 1. Survivors are his wife, two sons, Harold of Midwest City, Okla.; Raymond of Ft. Worth; daughter, Mrs. Kathryn Baldwin, Ft. Worth; eight grandchildren; six brothers: J.R. Floyd of Alverada [sic] ; Thomas J. of Burleson; O.R. of Saginaw; four sisters, Mrs. Christine White of Grand Prairie; Mrs. Ruby Bettis and Mrs. Ekna Bell and Mrs. Martha Dragoo of Ft. Worth. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Horn-Harris-Crouch Chapel, Rev. G. B. Bradshaw officiating with burial in the Princeton cemetery.
