Sept 22 1921 Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie, IA, Artha Oliva Troy (9081763); div. 1923 ...one child, Edwin, Jr (b. Jan 27 1922 Lincoln, Lancaster, NE)...In 1930, Artha is remarried with 2 new children but Edwin, Jr is not with her. An Edwin died in 1923 in Howard Co., NE. This could be either father or son. There is no further information about either after the divorce petition in Lincoln. The death of Edwin, Sr in 1923 would explain his absence in future records.
