Billy Cernoch, 80, passed away quietly on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013 surrounded by his loving family in Terrell. He was born on April 28, 1932 in Terrell, to his loving parents Frank and Julia Cernoch. His funeral service will be held Wed., Jan. 16, at noon at Goggans Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Oakland Memorial Park in Terrell.
