I believe this to be Albert Anderson, son of Jackson Anderson. They appear together in the 1900 Ellis County, Texas census. He married Marcia Kendall 1-29-1906 in Ellis County Texas. 1910 Census shows him as the husband of Marcia and father to Kathryn and Helen.
