RICHLAND, Wash., Sept. 3 - Services for Fay M. Honey, 68, long-time Richland resident and theater operator who died at his home Monday will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Central United Protestant church. Mr. Honey is survived by the widow Lillian, Richland, one son, Lloyd, Sunnyside; two brothers, a sister, and four grandchildren.
