Nurse/homemaker Erma Pearl Davis, 89, of Raton, passed away Saturday, Jan. 4, 2013, in Raton. She was born July 15, 1923, in Las Vegas, N.M., the daughter of Walter and Christina Jensen-Kolbo. Erma was a nurse, homemaker and a member of the Lutheran Church in Springer. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas E. Davis and son James B. "Jimmy" Davis. Erma is survived by her daughter Carol Crary and husband Bill of Raton; grandson Kyler Crary and wife Shelley of Little Rock, Ark.; and great granddaughter Sydney Carol Crary of Little Rock. Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery in Las Vegas. Memorial services will be Saturday Jan. 12, at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Raton with Rev. Dr. John McGarey and Juanita Wiseman officiating. Arrangements and celebration of love for Erma Pearl Davis are under the direction of the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home of Raton.
