ODESSA James R. Ludecke, 87, of Odessa, passed away Monday, December 10, 2007, at the Hospice House. He was born August 17, 1920, in Stamford, TX, to George and Mary Ludecke. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He retired from General Tire & Rubber Co. in 1983 after 25 years of service. He is survived by his sons, James Bryan Ludecke and wife, Tamara of Sour Lake, TX, and Michael Kent Ludecke of Odessa; daughter, Angela McCarthy and husband, Randy of Amarillo; sister, Opal Mobley of Missoula, Montana; 6 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, December 14, 2007, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Kevin Bushart officiating. Services entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home
