FAMILY SEARCH 2023. When John Archie Sheppard was born on 19 August 1894, in Marysville, Fremont, Idaho, his father, William Ashman Sheppard (1851-1899), was 43 and his mother, Christina Nielsen (1858-1902), was 36. He married Mable Casper (1905-1948) on 7 March 1922, in Rexburg, Madison, Idaho. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 3 daughters. He married Ora Martindale (1902-1998) on22 January 1953 in Elko, Nevada. He lived in Lewisville Election Precinct, Jefferson, Idaho in 1940. He died on 31 March 1979, in Pocatello, Bannock, Idaho, at the age of 84, and was buried in Pineview Cemetery, Ashton, Fremont, Idaho. Date of Burial: April 4, 1979.
