Bio

Daughter of Joseph & Julia Agnes (Kroupa) Mares. Married to Lumir R. Jedlicka on 8-10-1940 at Schuyler, NE/ She taught at Colfax County Rural School District 43 and in the 1980s she purchased it and moved the school to the family farm, which she then turned it into a One Room School Museum.
