CT 2 US NAVY John Allen Robertson passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Lee Robertson; father of Brian (Ann) Robertson and Karen (Peter) Ruchkin; grandfather of Zachary Ruchkin, Bonnie, Allan and Paul Robertson. Mr. Robertson was a 1950 graduate of McKinley High School in Washington, DC and served in the US Navy from 1951-1955. He retired from Verizon as a Data Systems Engineer. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Church of the Resurrection at Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring, MD, on Wednesday, December 12 at 11:30 a.m. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
