The Houston Chronicle, 4 May 1971, p. 65, col. 7. Mrs. Julia Sparks Kleas, 96, 10026 Chevy Chase Dr. died Monday. Survivors; son, W. R. Kleas, sister Mrs. Charles Udell, Houston, three grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Service 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Cyril Catholic Church, 10503 Westheimer, graveside services as 2 p.m. in Greenlawn Cemetery in Port Arthur, Texas. Father Kleas will be officiating. Pallbearers: Jack McKnight, Jr., Mark McKnight, Craig McKnight, John Rose, Robert rose, Larrs Rose. Earthman's Southwest chapel.
