Bio

Son of Joseph & Mary (Rech) Bohuslavsky. He received his early education in a country school west of David City. He graduated from David City High School in 1934. He married Ina Lou Baer on April 22, 1941 in David City. He farmed near Surprise until 1986. Following his retirement they moved into Columbus. Most recently they have lived in Lincoln. Ernie enjoyed square dancing, fishing and woodworking. He was a member of St. Bonaventure Church and served on the election board in Surprise for many years. Ernie is survived by: Wife Ina Lou Bohuslavsky of Lincoln, NE Daughter Marian (Allen) Eagan of Lincoln, NE Daughter Maryann (Marvin) Oltman of Lincoln, NE Daughter Kathryn (Gerald) Ptacek of Pleasant Dale, NE Son Ben Bohuslavsky of Cedar Creek, NE 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren He was preceded in death by: Brother Emil Bohuslavsky Sister Evelyn Stastny Great Grandson Ben Chloupek
