Bio

Freda Elene Moretta was the daughter of Ray Swiney and Winta Armenta Ethel (Williams) Swiney. She was married to Raymond Goforth and one child was born. She later married Tom Moretta. Freda is preceded in death by her parents, Ray Swiney and Ethel Frazier; her husband Tom Moretta in 1998; one brother, Owen Ray Frazier; and one sister, Melba Sutton.
