Double monument with Jesse J. Hirst. Obituary in the Arkansas Democrat: Prescott—Mrs. Susan A. Hirst, 86, widow of J. J. Hirst, died in her home in Rosston Saturday night. She is survived by three sons, Claude Hirst, Washington, D.C.; Dr. O. G. Hirst and Walter Hirst, both of Prescott; three daughters, Mrs. Estella Honea, Rosston; Mrs. C. C. Adams, Camden, and Mrs. Ennis Pruitt, Cullendale; a sister, Mrs. Ted McGough, Prescott, seven grandchildren and eight grandchildren. Funeral services were to be conducted today at the Mt. Moriah Church by the Rev. J. A. Enzer with burial in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery by Cornish Mortuary.
