According to his death certificate , he was the son of Richard Angus Eubank born in Texas and Lou Faulkner born in Georgia. He was a carpenter in the construction industry and lived at 169 N. 14th Ave. in Yuma. He was married to Alice O. Eubank at the time of his death owing to cancer (face, neck).
