Albert H. Kutschbach, Jr. 77, of Porter, Texas, died Saturday, August 24, 1996. A native of Houston, Texas, Mr. Kutschbach was born April 22, 1919. He retired in March 1977 with the Houston Police Department after 31 years of service. Funeral services: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 28, 1996, Rosewood North Funeral Home Chapel. Burial: Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Tuesday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
