Graveside funeral services for Sam Salvaggio, Sr., 89, of Williston, SC will be held eleven a.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at the Beaufort National Cemetery with full military honors. Mr. Salvaggio passed away Friday, November 16, 2012. Born in Mumford, TX he was a son of the late Joe Salvaggio and Vita Saladino Salvaggio. He was a retired US Army veteran and was a manager at Kizer Chemicals in Orangeburg for eighteen years. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Fulmer Salvaggio of the home; daughters, Kathy (James) New, Rita (Rodney) Creech; sons, Clyde (Esther) Driggers, Jr., Steve Driggers and a number of grand and great grandchildren. He was predeceased in death by sons, David Salvaggio and Sam Salvaggio, Jr.
