EDNA - William Lee Asbeck, of Edna, passed away Friday, November 9, 2012 at the age of 81. He was born in Houston, Texas, on January 15, 1931, to the late Carlie L. and Carrie Grant Asbeck. He was a retired police officer after 20 years of service. He was also a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed dearly. William is preceded in death by his parents. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at Memory Gardens Cemetery of Edna. Reverend Bernard Ritchea will be officiating.
