William A. Chambers, a retired stone mason residing at 708 Water Street in Carthage, MO. with his wife, Edith. His Missouri Death Certificate indicated that he died from a cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension. His wife survived him. His parents were listed as Henry A. Chambers and Cora M. Smith He was buried in Park Cemetery under the direction of Knell Mortuary on April 22, 1969 The death certificate can be viewed at Missouri Digital Archives/death certificates online website.
