The Camden News Camden, Arkansas 29 Nov 1956, Thu • Page 1 Mrs. Burley Died On Wednesday Mrs. Lonie Oühine Burley, aged 69, of 502 Hilltop Acres, died at her home Wednesday after an illness of several months. Mrs. BurIey was born July 12, 1887 near Louann and was the daughter of Arch and Mary Ellen Phillips LaGrone. She moved to Camden from ElDorado two years ago. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, C. M. Burley of Camden; two sons. Cooper Burley. Jr., of Little Rock, Morgan Burley of Franklin. La.; two daughters Mrs. Kermit Earley of Fordyce of Camden, Mrs. Fred Simmons of Camden; one brother, Junie LaGrone of Junction City, La.; two sisters, Mrs. A. M. Dison of Lillie. La., and Mrs. Virgie Lane of Eakley Okla.; nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. Thursday at Wesson Baptist Church by Rev Doyle Creech. Burial was in Wesson cemetery with Rumph Funeral Service in charge. Casket bearers were. Elvin Brian, Jessie McWilliams, Robert Black. Barney McCord. Buck Thomasson. and Houston Walker Honorary—John Henery, Dr Perry Dalton, Gil Burnham, Bert Launius, and Mr. Franklin.
