The Huntsville Times, Sunday September 5, 1999: Flintville, Tenn. Jacky Dwayne Painter, 39, of 39 Stewarts Chapel Road died Saturday at a Fayetteville, Tenn., hospital. The funeral will be today at 3:30 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Cleo Moon officiating. Burial will be in Elora Cemetery. Mr. Painter worked for the Plasform Co. Survivors include his parents, Beckie Jean Seals and J.C. Painter, both of Elora, Tenn.; and two sisters, Bonnie Manley of Fayetteville and Sandy Gill of Dechard, Tenn.
