Bio

From the Death Certificate: Julia was living in Portland, Oregon and working for the U.S. Treasury Depart. Her death was caused by a fall down the stairs. Julia enlisted in the Women's Army Corps on January 28, 1943 in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
