Bio

The Oklahoman, Saturday, Dec 25, 1937: Services were held Monday in the Hahn funeral home for B. J. Autry, royalty and oil lease broker, who died Sunday at his home, 1446 NE 13th Street. Autry, who had been a resident of Oklahoma for 45 years, had been ill a year. Before coming to Oklahoma City, he lived in Shawnee, Konawa, Cushing and Wewoka. He was a member of First Baptist Church here and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He is survived by his wife, of the home; a son, Vernon E Autry, Wichita Falls, TX; a brother, and three sisters.
